Dr. Tim C. Kernan holds a Doctor of Ministry and has spent over two decades equipping churches, training leaders, and making disciples across five continents. He has preached and taught at International Christian Churches in Dallas–Ft. Worth, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Chennai, Kiev, Moscow, Congo, Kenya, Ethiopia, Manila, Cebu, Phnom Penh, Vietnam, Bangkok, Phoenix, San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver, Honolulu, Hilo, Kona, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, New York, Syracuse, Albequerque, Tijuana, Mexico City, Nigeria, San Fransisco, Portland, Eugene, Tucson, Miami, and beyond.

His published work spans leadership formation (the Dokimē, Didachē, Didaskō, Dodeka series), Scripture-based conviction building (the 20/20 series), biblical wisdom (Wise Up), spiritual warfare (Fighting Words), and pastoral care (Breaking Free From The Ferris Wheel). Tim and his wife Dr. Lianne Kernan lead parallel ministry programs — he focuses on men's formation and discipleship; she leads women's ministry. Together they lead the Tribe Geographic Sector of Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri within The Northern Federation World Sector.
